Meet
Dr. Myrick
Dr. Myrick is a board certified Family Physician from Atlanta, GA. She recently moved to Seminole, TX to practice what she loves – full spectrum care for adults, pediatrics, and obstetrics. She specializes in women’s health, maternity and newborn care, chronic disease management, and much more.
Dr. Myrick received both her PhD (2014) and MD (2017) degrees from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. During her PhD she studied neuroscience and genetics and became interested in the environmental and genetic factors that affect cognitive development in utero. She then went on to complete Family Medicine residency in 2020 at Emory University with a special focus on Obstetrics and Women’s Health.

She has board certification from the American Board of Family Medicine and has been named a "Top Family Medicine Practitioner" by Women in Medicine in 2021. She also serves as a Medical Director for Home Hospice in the Gaines County and surrounding areas.
Not only is Dr. Myrick the recipient of several honors and awards, an invited lecturer and presenter, and author of numerous research articles and abstracts, but she is also the mother of two small children and a wife to a loving husband who fill her daily with lots of hugs, kisses, and no shortage of surprises! As Dr. Myrick says: "Family is so important to me. I look forward to caring for your family with the same level of love and compassion as I do my own”.

Family Medicine is my passion.
I enjoy taking the time to get to know each of my patients, their preferences, and their unique medical needs. I strive to provide excellent "top notch" care and treat my patients as if they are my family.
I take care of the FULL spectrum of patients.
This means adult medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics. I see people from all walks of life, regardless of age or gender.
Truly, one of my favorite things as a doctor is taking care of a mom throughout her pregnancy, delivering her baby, then caring for that baby through adulthood as well. I love being part of a family’s wellness journey and helping to keep everyone in the family healthy!
